Based on the delivery of a high-end resort project in the Maldives, this article shares the professional selection standards and full-process service system for aluminum alloy doors and windows in coastal buildings, targeting the extreme marine climate of tropical islands with high temperature, high salt spray and strong wind pressure. The project adopts minimalism sliding door system and minimalism window system, equipped with 6060-T66 high-strength aluminum profiles, 6mm thick wall, 316 stainless steel hardware, fluorocarbon coating and 10mm LOW-E tempered glass, achieving super wind pressure resistance, salt spray corrosion resistance and high-efficiency heat insulation. With a closed-loop process from design, sample making, production, debugging, cross-border delivery to on-site installation guidance, it provides reliable door and window solutions for high-end coastal buildings worldwide.
